Before you start
Check the brakes and the tyres from the app’s pre-ride prompt. If anything looks wrong, report it from the app and take another vehicle — a scooter reported as damaged is taken out of service.
While you ride
Signal your turns, keep both hands on the handlebar and give way to pedestrians. Turn signals on the Ride scooter include an audio cue, so the people around you hear the change of direction as well as see it.
